You must complete this step... Read the following and "Select" the plan below to finish your registration.

Dear PACESC Members,

​​Thank you for trusting PACESC to help you through this rough period. I am happy to be of service in your time of need. ​

You are now a registered homeschooler under the SC homeschool statute known as "Option 3", SC Code of Law Ann. 59-65-47.

​

As a registered homeschool parent/legal guardian under the SC homeschool statute listed above, you are REQUIRED to meet the following requirements:

​

• Attendance --

  • At least 180 days of instruction: Total of days for the entire school year including any days counted present in prior school situation. You can use any day of the week to accomplish this.

• Required Subjects Covered --

  • Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies; plus ​for grades 7-12: Composition and Literature

• Keeping Records --​

  • Lesson Plan or Journal ​

  • Student Work Samples

  • A Mid-Year Progress Report & an End-of-Year Progress Report: If registering after the 1st semester, then your Mid-Year report was already prepared by your prior school, and you only need the End-of-Year Progress Report.

- Your current PACESC membership is active though June 10, 2025.

- If wishing to continue to homeschool after June 10th: You MUST renew for 2025/2026 from the Explore Membership page using the plan that fits your family's homeschool circumstances.

-You will not be charged anything in addition to what you have paid by invoice to finish out this membership period through June 10, 2025. This page is just a way to get you signed up with the new site so you will have site access and benefits.
